Scenes of celebration on the Eastern Main Road this evening. This was shortly before the motorcade carrying (some of) the victorious T&T football team passed by. Despite the hours-long wait this guy made sure to maintain a lively atmosphere, standing in the middle of the road waving a flag on a pole more than twice his height and exhorting passing motorists to blow their horns.
