Return to Holy Rosary

Return to Holy Rosary

I found myself in the neighbourhood of this church again recently. Lighting conditions were similar to my first visit — it was just an hour later in the day. This is the view of the western face of the church, looking up.

This angle really showcases all the marvellously intricate architecture of the exterior. I've passed by this church many times but I have to admit, until I stopped to study it I'd never noticed just how grand it is.

On a note of correction, I've also learned from the sign out front that this is the Church of the Most Holy Rosary.

There are two versions of another view of this church - in black and white and in colour.

Among the two versions of "the other view" my favorite is the black and white, for the stronger contrast between the shadows and highlights.

I like this angle the best. Nice shot!
