These houses on the Bon Accord estate are part of a fairly new development. Some are privately owned homes and others are available for rent. The Bon Accord area, while not “across the road” from the airport, is still within walking distance of two major beaches, Store Bay and Pigeon Point. Both beaches are about fifteen minutes away at a comfortable walking pace. If you do end up staying in the area though, a car will greatly improve your mobility. All that walking to and fro does eat into precious beach time, after all. ;)
